Now that I am back in Santa Barbara after a grueling but incredibly fun 2.5 weeks in the bay area, my girlfriend and I went out to one of our favorite spots and shot some star trails for her class. I figured I would try at the canon 24mm TSE just to give these images some depth. Talk about fun trying to get what I wanted in focus… in focus. There was no moon out tonight so it was pretty much a guessing game.
Each of the star trail shots were 20 minute exposures at f3.5 and iso 400. The others were at 6400iso, f3.5, 30 seconds. All of them were shot with the 24 Tilt Shift.

Also, I will be posting more content from the 2009 National Senior Games as I sift through the 13,000 images I shot over the 2.5 weeks. I will be putting a portfolio of my favorites together by Tuesday… Expect some small multimedia videos in the near future as well.
