While I was in Houston I figured I would snap a few photos of my puppies. They needed some new portraits as it has been at least a year since I last took their pictures. Here they are, the three of them.
This is Lucy, the youngest of the bunch. She is a purebred weimaraner. Basically a little energetic puppy, stuck in a really big dogs body. She thinks she is a lap dog and will make sure that you know that. Let’s just say, I have been waken up more than once with a paw to the stomach…. and sometimes lower.
So easy to photograph, I don’t know what it is. Lucy never stays when you ask unless you have a treat. But if I point a camera at her, she just sits down and waits until I am through.
And for some reason… This dog always thinks she is in trouble. Probably because she knows she has done something bad that we don’t know about yet.
The middle sister… Koy. She can be found laying in her favorite chair or just lazily walking around the house/backyard. She doesn’t care and has a mind of her own. Her favorite time of the day is chow time.
Ty doesn’t really like to be photographed so I only took a couple shots and this is the only one I liked. Ty is the Queen of the house and whatever she says goes. If Ty wants a chair she gets it from the other dogs without them blinking an eye. Her personality is more like a cat, you have to earn her love and attention.
